Mom's French Toast

A fairly simple recipe for french toast like my mom used to make. Egg whites can be used in place of the whole egg.

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons Milk
- 1 Dash Cinnamon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Dash Cinnamon
- 2 Teaspoons Powdered sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 3 Slices Bread
Steps
- Break eggs into bowl and begin whisking
- Mix in milk, vanilla, and cinnamon and whisk again until fully combined
- Heat up butter in skillet or pan on medium / low heat until it starts to smell sweet
- Dip bread into egg mixture, let drip back into bowl
- Place bread onto skillet or pan and cook until golden brown and then flip
- Sprinkle on cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
