In a bowl, whisk together the eggs milk and some salt and pepper to taste until well combined
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked to your desired consistency. Remove from the heat and add Red Robin seasoning on top of the eggs
Preheat a separate skillet or griddle over medium heat
Take two slices of bread and place a generous amount of shredded cheese on one side of each slice
Spoon the scrambled eggs onto the two slices of bread on top of the cheese
Place the rest of the shredded cheese on top of the eggs and then place the last two slices of bread on top to make 2 sandwiches
Place the sandwich onto the preheated skillet or griddle and and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted
Remove the sandwich from the heat and let it cool for a minute or two before slicing it in half or serve it whole and enjoy!
