Beet salad
I just eat the whole bowl for dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 No. 1 cans Canned sliced beets
- 11⁄2 Servings Crumbled blue cheese
- Crutons
- 1 Hearts Romaine lettuce
Steps
- Wash and chop lettuce.
- Drain beet juice from canned beets (drink if you want to have a health scare next time you use the restroom)
- Combine ingredients. As dressing if you wish.
