Healthy and nutrient rich fruit smoothie. It is very easy to prepare and quick to make, and substitutions are easy! You can use almond milk in place of regular milk. You can also not use the orange juice and make up the difference with milk!

Ingredients
2 Cups Frozen sliced strawberries
11⁄2 Cup Frozen chopped mango
1⁄2 Cup Baby carrots
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
11⁄4 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Honey
1⁄4 Cup Orange juice
Steps
Slice the strawberries and chop the mangoes into cubes. If you are using regular carrots in place of baby carrots, peel and slice the carrots to about the size of your pinky.
Add all chopped ingredients to a blender. Try not to stack the separate ingredients on top of each other. Ideally you can lay them along the size of the blender as this will improve the quality of the blend.
Pour milk, orange juice, honey, and lemon juice to blender. You can substitute the orange juice for more milk for a less citrusy flavor.
Blend ingredients until smooth - all frozen fruits should be thoroughly blended in and final result should be a single shade of orange.
