Sammy's Chicken Parm
Quick and simple chicken parmesean recipe. Serve with your favorite pasta and for the full experience!

Ingredients
- 1 Pound Chicken breast
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Cups Bread crumbs
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1⁄2 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 8 Ounces Tomato sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesean cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Heat up a pan or skillet. Once hot pour in enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan
- While pan is heating up. Coat the bottom of a baking dish in a little more than half of your tomato sauce. Then mince and add your garlic, red pepper flakes and any additional seasonings you like. Make sure to spread everything out.
- Beat eggs thoroughly into one bowl, pour bread crumbs into another.
- Tenderize your meat if necesarry.
- Dip your chicken breast into your egg wash, and allow to drip back into the bowl. Then dip into bowl of bread crumbs to provide a breaded coating. Repeat this process until chicken is sufficiently coated and put into pan or skillet to cook.
- Cook chicken on one side for roughly 5 minutes or until golden brown and then flip. Cook other side the same way and then transfer to the baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken for roughly 20 minutes in the oven. Then take out and add any your cheese over the cooked beasts. Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
