Your classic instant ramen with a boost of flavors from some Japanese cooking staples! This is my own special combo of spicy instant ramen and egg drop soup.

  1. Combine water and all seasonings into a pot over high heat. Bring to boil
  2. Add ramen to the boiling water, stir constantly until soft
  3. remove ramen from the soup. Keep broth on the burner on high.
  4. combine corn starch and water in a small bowl, stirring constantly until fully mixed. Immediately add to the soup and keep stirring.
  5. Add the lightly scrambled egg to the soup, stirring constantly until it has formed "egg flower" (strands of egg).
  6. Add the ramen to the soup and stir to coat and combine.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
