Boosted Silky Ramen
Your classic instant ramen with a boost of flavors from some Japanese cooking staples! This is my own special combo of spicy instant ramen and egg drop soup.

Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Packet Ramen
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1⁄2 Tablespoon Siracha
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 11⁄2 Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- 1 Teaspoon ginger (paste, frozen, or grated)
- 1 Pinch msg
- 1⁄2 Packet ramen spice packet
- 1 Teaspoon rice wine vinegar
Steps
- Combine water and all seasonings into a pot over high heat. Bring to boil
- Add ramen to the boiling water, stir constantly until soft
- remove ramen from the soup. Keep broth on the burner on high.
- combine corn starch and water in a small bowl, stirring constantly until fully mixed. Immediately add to the soup and keep stirring.
- Add the lightly scrambled egg to the soup, stirring constantly until it has formed "egg flower" (strands of egg).
- Add the ramen to the soup and stir to coat and combine.
- Serve and enjoy!
