3 No. 1 cans Canned veg (mix and match your favorites, can sub fresh veg)
1 Tablespoon Chicken bullion powder
1 Pound Dry brown lentils
4 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
Ketchup
2 Packets MicGormick meatloaf seasoning packets
2 Cups Rolled oats
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Steps
Cook lentils until very soft. This can be done on stovetop or in slow cooker.
Drain excess water from lentils.
Mix all ingredients except ketchup, sugar, and bouillon in large batter bowl.
Put mixture into 9x13 glass lasagna tray (spray with oil to prevent sticking). Level the mixture.
Mix ketchup, sugar, and bullion then spread evenly over top of the mixture in the pan.
Bake 40-50 minutes at 450 or until ketchup glaze looks glazed enough. If it starts burning, remove from oven. Everything else will be cooked before the glaze so don't worry about taking it out too early.
Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes.
Cut into 12 pieces. This can be 3x4 or 6x2, it doesn't really matter. Send pics of you do 1x12 with cuts along the long side of the pan, that sounds like it would be funny.
